Ok so bit of a rant about ghosting but It made me laugh thinking it couldn't get worse. And I wanted to see people thoughts. In short I hate ghosting I get things don't work out and some people are too shy to say goodbye or things happen and they don't mean to disappear (like can't login or emergencies) but it also happens a lot to where you think its not just that. Anyway sometimes (especially if I think the person isn't interested or aren't looking to date despite being on dating apps) i ask the person to let me know if they're not feeling it and to not just disappear without a goodbye. I can take criticism and know people won't always click with me. Usually they ask about it and I say how its common and they reply they wouldn't do that and of course communication is important. But then later on without a word or reason they either disappear and unmatch or stop reading/replying. It just makes me worry if its something I've done? I know a lot of self help videos etc say unfortunately its normal and it could be their own fears or something but I just find it hard to remember or appreciate that and not feel down I also ask if they're comfortable weather its flirting, deep question etc. I always take things light hearted and happy to have a joke and im open minded and diverse in what I like and hobbies so I just can't understand it. Nope..it's detachment..it's common when someone has issues with themselves or is not interested anymore...I often have a bad habit of ghosting...but I do it to make sure I'm rational and a bundle of sunshine... even tho I'm not XD there different types of ghosting and each has it's reason...but word of advice..the more you think about it...the more your anxiety builds up...almost to an unbearable level...so try to find ways the truly reward you for pushing towards goals kay?

Sounds strange to me to announce someone’s departure online. If you actually went on a few dates, then yes, it’s nice to know that they decided to leave this train. If you are in the talking stage, it shouldn’t be a big deal that they decided to stop the talking. Pretty clear, they are not interested in getting to know you better though. And if you two are not even considering dating, than telling that you won’t reply any more is widely weird to me. Why? Just stop replying. How dense can a person be not to see it’s not going well? Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️
