1yWhat do men actually want in a woman these days?
I’m 22, emotionally intelligent, ambitious, grounded in my values, I want kids, and I believe in god. I come from a good family, I’m in grad school, and ive done a lot of inner work, I dont run from discomfort or growth. Im curious, what actually draws you in when dating? Not surface level attraction, but what makes you want to stay and build something with a woman? Lets hear the honest answers.

I think it varies depending on the age group you are asking most Millennials we want stability, consistency, collaboration and loyalty. However, that may change generation to generation because Gen Z seems much more interested in experiences and excitement hahaha. Just find what makes you happy and love will find you. All I can say, is pay attention to the vibe and energy it will tell you alot

Mutual loyalty in our actions and behavior, showing love and affection to each other through each other's preferred love languages. Sharing the same major values that affect quality of life such as effective communication without yelling, not doing drugs, not resorting to physical violence in attempting to institute control. These are all things that I've encountered in past relationships that were severe enough to end the relationship. All other things that present themselves within a relationship can more easily be discussed and compromised upon.

Surface level attraction.

You sound pretty health and at age 22 I’m curious what age guys you are attracted to. Men in their 20’s may not have the same values that you have. Possibly that’s the mismatch challenge? I think too, not to be pessimistic but just speaking from personal experience, as one gets healthy the road tends to narrow. There are a lot of dysfunction out their in the world today. Making a decision to not participate in it, keep solid boundaries is a healthy, wise self preservation action. I’d rather be single with my cats and house plants than in a chaotic, dysfunctional relationship.

The first thing is that dating is difficult these days. If I like someone and we get into a relationship, then I need her loyalty and she should be someone who understands the relationship. She should stay with me in both happy and sad moments. Not only her, I will also be equally loyal to her. I will love her to the extent of marrying her and will keep her happy as much as possible. These are the only things that matter to me.

I can't speak for other men but I like for a connection to have mental stimulation, understanding, open-mindedness, stability, consistency, physical attraction and common goals in life. A partner in crime. Someone I can walk this Earth with side by side no matter the occasion.

Ez answer. Companionship. Feels as if we men are looked at unfavorably. For the effort we output with no discernable cause gets tricky when we don't know who to fight for. Getting to know someone that has capacity for caring usually makes our hearts tickle in a rather specefic way. (If you can't tell yes im projecting) Woman shouldnt have to look too hard and niether should we. If you know how to act natural and be yourself, we then are presented the choice to take part. So long as you yourself also keep that option in mind. Love is war. Especially in this digital battlefield.

be loyal, be honest, take care of him as he take care of you, show him respect stop flirting with other guys, stop talking with your ex, be his peace, give him space when its overloaded with problems and show him that you will be there or arround in silence just giving him something to drink or eat so he can recover and find solution to the problems, enjoy wharever childish toy or play he does so he doesn't feel ashamed.

You should always base opinions off actions not just words. That applies to both genders respectfully. I can say men and women both struggle with self worth which plays a huge role in malfunctioning relationships. If you don't know your value how can anyone else? If you don't love yourself how can others? Are you emotionally intelligent about yourself? What can YOU give to someone else in a relationship that's valuable besides money, your body and mind? There are many layers to finding the right person.

You can be their perfect dream partner but still find something or do something stupid. Ive been told by SO MANY to be just like you instead of just going for people who are that already 😂 So many people, not only men, in general want the prize with no effort on their own or to reflect back to be what the partner they want wants them to be. Just meep being amazing and live your life. If someone wants you in their life they will put in the same amount of work and dedication you put into them.

Loyalty(meaning no cheating), and being able to acknowledge that every relationship has compromise and the most successful relationships both people compromise on a lot.

Real good honest men want appreciation for the hard work there willing to do day in and out year after year for who they love. And it don't have to be a grand gesture simply saying ty for taking garbage out I really appreciate it or giving them a hug and telling u love them when they come home from a long day. And cooking them amazing food is always a winner (edited)

Something that strikes me differently is when someone is confident. When you feel secure about yourself you become more attractive I think.

For me, I would put her the ring if: -she is emotional stable. Yeah everyone has issues and you can get support from your partner or a specialist. But having move stars and planets just so she doesn't get upset or you just try to get her in a good mood, it's quiet exhausting, and even more if she just finds problem with whatever you tried to make her be good. -she doesn't like to fight/make drama just cuz she's bored (kind of related to first one) -comunication it's great (you don't have problems with: I though you meant "this" or got a hidden meaning of something we said and we aren't even aware of. Men are simple creatures. - support when needed - trust and each party has the right of their personal space/time

Men are not homogenous beings, and they all have their own interests. For me, bubbly and excitable people who want to explore and take small risks. For others, they’ll want to find someone quiet who wants to sit in every evening, reading or watching TV together, or gardening quietly or doing sports.

1.Honesty 2.Integrity 3.Fidelity 4.The ability to have a conversation and discuss something without it automatically going into argument mode and blaming it on me because of my sex 5.Not using sex as a weapon in and out of the bedroom 6. Putting our relationship first. If we are not ok, then how can our home and family be OK? 7. I will speak for myself, I am not concerned about your education or income. I'm more interested in your ability to be a partner and mother. 8. Have a growth mind set. Be able to take and give feedback. Be willing to attempt growth with your partner. If I'm personally given Honesty, Open-mindedness, and Willingness, I can create a foundation on that.

Personally I just want someone I can be myself around and I think I speak to a lot of guys by saying this.

I am looking for someone who I can be there for emotionally and physically. I also am looking for someone who is going to be good around my daughters.

The lack of other opportunities and lack of 'experience' usually make a man more emotionally attached.

Trust, loyalty, someone you can share secrets. Basically a partner you won't regret spending a lifetime with. Well, that's for me.
