All indigenous peoples should have territorial jurisdiction back over the americas. No debate needed, make it happen. Push to make your government surrender our trusts.

The United states, Canada , and Mexico all are conservators to multitrillion dollar trust accounts that belong to american canadian and mexican indians. We are in a britney spears type of position with the governments asserting we are wards of a state, however , we never consented to come under the jurisdiction of any government, we were enslaved and genocided. Territorial jurisdiction is also oversaw by these "trustees" so someone please explain to me how that is ok in this day and age. This is our lands so explain why this is ok. (edited)

in the reality of it all, people of color would not dare to do this simply because the authorities that be will be allowed to do whatever with protection. a couple with efficient lethal means will not stand against shoddily armed masses of people. we'd rather keep our lives and keep the situation as it is rather than create more grounds for more discrimination and hate.
