My stomach and heart feel twisted and panicked from my depression almost nightly now. I used to have things to look forward to, people to see things to do. Slowly I lost everything through some my own mistakes and some just others being nasty. Now I only exist that is the maximum of my life.

I had a prescription sleeping pill that was also my anti anxiety medication and that's the only way I got my sleep back on track. I didn't have to use them too long and the one with addictive potential got replaced with one that wouldn't get me hooked

I think u treat ur self naturally from depression , u do mediating, or do exercises , the most important thing set time for sleeping , take shower lay down to bed and play some slow music u clear ur head , and be serious cause depression is serious issue can kill

Yeah that’s rough. Make sure you’re hydrated too!

Then u should be consistent, maybe get some company with people

Do u know the more u take pills u become addicted most of times and atimes u can't sleep without taking them ,

I had forgot to tell , try to drink saffron ,I don't know weather u know it's natural it's helps with depression
