Yeah 🫂 it's like that. More often then you want it to be. But it gets better. But you have to stick it out to see it get better. There is no better feeling then looking back and saying. "I really made it...and it was worth it"

its ok let the strom pass and stay still at the moment and when you are ready transform hit back life with a new you and make progress tc mate

It will continue to happen, so the most logical thing to do is to find a solution for yourself and continue.

Stick it out, I break down every so often, you cannot give up or everything you’ve done, all the connections you’ve made and all the smiles you’ve granted will be lost. Don’t give up, you’ve got this.
