Here's to another day of faking that I'm okay, smiling to make other people comfortable, and dying inside when no one notices I'm screaming for help. But I guess it would be worse to ask for help of the people who say they will give it, only for them not to provide it. Cheers.

I always smile to everyone even when I feel down so people wouldnt ask me questions. I know how it feels but the fact that we are here, we are keeping ourselves together and continuing to move forward. Stay strong! 💪🏻

I hate when people say stay strong. Why can't I be weak? Why can't I crumble? Why do I have to keep up the pretense of being okay? This world makes liars of us.
