I heard carnivore diet helps a lot of people.

No it’s a chemical imbalance but you can develop processes to train your brain to handle it better. Also it depends on what kind of depression because if it goes away that’s more like grief

Physical, psychological, and spiritual nourishment. Yes, it does go away with effort.

Idk if it ever truly goes away but eating a certain diet getting proper sunlight and exercise and removing a lot of things from your life can help monstrously!

I can’t speak for you - I can only share that in my experience, it’s something you have to climb out of… it’s been a long time since I’ve been there, and I don’t plan on going back. I wish you the best, and I believe in you - to find your own way 🙂you Can do this. 👍

I think it doesn't go away

I think if you've got it, you've got it for life. We just need to live to learn with it. And its important to live and not just exist.

We all have coping methods and different things work for you in your way. Deep rooted depression is lasting nd has causes that need to be understood as you move forward, don't shut yourself of or hide it there are many of us nd we keep moving forward and help and understand eachother.

In my experience it’s permanent, but there are most likely ways to get rid of it.

Yes it does go away, but it can come back easily if you let it.
