Too Fuqn Strange

Dreamt I was caring for an entity of some sort. It was tiny like a newborn & could communicate telepathically. It had an almost severed abdomen & when it took deep breaths the wound became worse. It was dying. Everything it communicated just made me feel sadder than I've ever felt in my life. I felt so utterly helpless for this creature. I wanted to stitch up its wound, but a dream character would not allow it. I was both disgusted with the dream character & agonizingly sad for the entity. I resolved to bathe the creature which completely cleansed the wound saving its life. I'm like WTF does this even mean RN?!?! (edited)

Honestly, I don't know why I can't sleep and dream like a normal person. I literally have weird/frustrating/disturbing dream after dream after dream all night. Not what I would call a true nightmare. No serial killers or monsters... But lots of distress of one form or another.
