Dreams are often your subconscious trying to problem solve or experience some relief. Keeping a dream journal is helpful so you can recognize any patterns then follow your intuition in regard to meaning. It's good to take emotion into consideration with dreams. Emotion can tell you something too.

Do you folks dream?
Honestly, I don't know why I can't sleep and dream like a normal person. I literally have weird/frustrating/disturbing dream after dream after dream all night. Not what I would call a true nightmare. No serial killers or monsters... But lots of distress of one form or another.
