What a waste

After 1 month and a week of staying away from alcohol- today I drink. I wouldn’t say I have an alcohol problem but I wanted to quit to see if I could get in touch with my feelings without it. Today I am frustrated and just want to cry so a lil vodka pepsi might help me do that. Is there something healthy that helps you feel more in your body?

Well i done alot to cope. I tried drugs, alcohol, meanless sex, therapy, walking nature trials, music, gaming addiction, suicidal tendencies, and couple of other healthy and unhealthy habits. I'd say the best way to deal with things is to remove things that stress you out. 8f your job is a stresser, quit and find something more peaceful. If your environment is bad, move to where you find peace. If you're stuck in the endless cycle of work,eat, sleep. Find something to excited your mind and make you feel alive.
