Just getting thoughts out

I don't know if anyone else relates or has similar feelings at all. But I've just been deep down in one of those nights in bed where your thoughts tend to trickle and worsen as time goes on. Physically I'm in pain because of some stomach issue, and I guess it let my mind take it's lovely imagination elsewhere. Feeling like you haven't amounted to much or achieved the things you set out to do or aspire to do, struggling in your head feeling like you let not only yourself down l, but all of the others around you also. Its a horrible feeling that no one should ever feel and right now I just cuddle up to my cat, she's been my best friend since I've had her and always made me smile. Hopefully by the morning all of this feeling has passed and there's no pain of any sorts

Have you considered that perhaps some of your stomach issues could be caused by participation in certain thought patterns? Typically my view is that the body is directly linked to state of mind. I would say improving your state of mind and your physical vessel may bring some alignment back. I'm still working through stomach issues from years ago it takes dedication and awareness. The same goes for the mind. Thoughts can be alluring to follow but they ultimately lead you nowhere. Action is what brings contentment I would say.
