I briefly dated someone who I think must have had bpd, he told me I was the most negative and destructive person he has ever met. That I said things that ‘teared him down’ and made him feel inferior constantly. As an ENFP, it’s in my blood to do the very opposite and have never heard anyone share such a delusional perspective of me. Considering people say the opposite and have thanked me throughout my life for building them up & believing in them, it was clear this person had some issues. Anyways, that ended fast. 🌈
