Sage advice from your friendly neighborhood ENTJ

Confidence is silent while insecurities are loud. It is important not to confuse insecure grandiosity with genuine confidence. Real confidence does not need to shout, posture, or dominate a room to prove its value. It stands on consistency, not performance. People who lack internal security often mask it with exaggerated displays of strength or self-importance. They speak more than they listen, assert more than they understand, and confuse attention with respect. True confidence is measured, deliberate, and rooted in self-awareness. It does not need applause. It earns trust through action, not volume. Learn to tell the difference. One is a foundation while the other is a façade.

Oh the things people say to make themselves feel better. Confidence is just as loud as insecurity. Weak people can't tell the difference, because they feel threatened.
