Anyone else think that labelling traits as “Feminine” or “Masculine” is a bit outdated?
Growing up I started to feel this way stronger and stronger, as I felt that this (backed by neuroscience too) continuously made less sense. If I ever saw a woman being tough, inexpressive, intelligent or strong, I wouldn’t ever think of her as “masculine”, I’d just see her as strong, intelligent, and tough. Also would definitely not judge her for those traits or personality, she’s just who she is. At the same time, a man who is sensitive, loving, affectionate and wholesome, I would never really call him “Feminine”. He’s just that loving of a man, and also I won’t judge him for it. (I find it holistically stupid to shun any gender for these kinds of things.) What I mean to say is, 🤔I’d continued to see these labels as more and more irrational.. Why box people in categories that end up misrepresenting a lot of people more than it actually correctly represents them, instead of just valuing people for their individual traits and type of brain that they have? Conclusion: Just be yourselves and rock who you are. ❤️😉Because the only one who has the ability to know and assess yourself best, is you! So keep being you. 😇

I think some traits like intelligence needn't be gendered—but as an intuitive profiler, I do tend to find certain traits consistently over-represented in different genders; so it makes sense, at least tentatively, to create a psychological model representing a continuum/spectrum people can can be placed onto, somewhere between hyper-masculine to hyper-feminine, based off the sum of their traits. But I'm just someone who appreciates complexity & nuance. And I go even further, & demarcate different self-states I see within people—to where even a very overall feminine woman could have a hyper-masculine side you could court & learn to appreciate. And also, I've met many hyper-masculine women who've personally asked me to help them develop their feminine side (as a man who's very in touch with his feminine side). -- Women over time are becoming more masculine, but men remain about the same. And yet, also, we're all becoming more infantalized as time goes on, too. I think if both genders can mature, & embrace roles of some sort, it would make things a lot simpler & restore a lot of the dynamic spice/passion we're missing out on that former generations enjoyed, romantically speaking. Homogenizing everything leads to confusion & boredom. It's nice to have a Yin & Yang, & to know what's what, & all that jazz. You can make yourself as mercurial/androgynous as you want—but I don't think it'd be a better world if we were ALL unigendered. (edited)

Why don't take the day and read up on some challenges of gender inequality that still persist today? For example, did you know that according from research in 2023, 12 million girls... read more

If women want equality, why don't they assume it for the most part, or do some of them abuse it and take it to the extreme?

If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck...
Then why doesn't it get paid as much as the male ducks? This phrase never mentioned a gender, there weren't any ridiculously obvious & known inequalities between duck genders, but there are ridiculously obvious & known inequalities between human genders, & so painfully obvious to see, plus the... read more

"Tompure"
A word I made (it's not like the word "androgyny", which means: both feminine and masculine traits, it doesn't mean that). People in general, usually use the word "tomboy", instead… "Like a boy"…? What about the !Kung Bushmen (a hunter-gatherer tribe)… Are those women are "like boys", too? And... read more
