Loosing a child
As part of my mental health recovery I'm talking more openly, how many of you have lost a child? Unfortunately me and previous partners have lost 2 a still born girl and a daughter who was taken before was 6 months old, it's a pain that I never dealt with because for me I always thought men were the strong ones and we had to hold it all together when everyone was falling apart around us but that pain has just eaten away at me slowly over the past 20 odd years and now I've learnt it's stronger not to carry the burden alone. For all those who know this pain you're not alone, keep your head up and don't keep the pain hidden.
