Well, can only see it above the waist. If you're wearing knee socks and sneakers, that would change the equation. :) I'd suggest this for a more private, at home dinner. Plus, won't the straps on your shoulders constantly fall? It looks a bit like a negligee that you would sleep in. For a more public setting? It looks to me a bit breezy, a bit 'I'm not really trying'. However, I'm happy with a t-shirt and jeans, unless it's something more formal. So take my opinion with a grain of salt.
