I've been looking for a "dream hoodie" for years as a sort of "if I won the lottery what crazy thing would I blow my money on just for me".
Honestly? A $15-30 championhoodie is made with better materials than a 5k designer hoodie. It lasts just as long as a 200 dollar "built to last" hoodie. It lasts much muuuuch longer than a "made with the newest in comfortweavingtechnology from cashmere and specially picked cotton blah blah blah" and feels about the same after being worn in.
If I really /really/ wanted a design on it I could send it to one of the many etsyartistswho do thatkind of thing and probably pay as much as the hoodie to get my specific design.
I don't understand fashion when I can get anallaround better product at Walmart.

That's okay, I think the price has to do a lot with fabric and accessory. Some details that we pay for can add more depth to the product while certain fabrics allow to be layered for different temperatures and/or comfort. The down side is having to handwash certain products but I have no problem with that.
Do you like Puma? Or reebok? I think reebok has really nice shoes too
@Will New Balance has a lot of really nice shoes and yes I understand. Shoes were the first 'designer' clothing I bought. Pleins being my favorite but coach being the most comfortable at an affordable price. Just depends on which style you prefer and budget.
Do you know of geoxx? They're expensive but seasonal salessometimes cut the cost to 50-60 Canadian and they're hella comfortable

@Jeremy shoes I feel can make a huge difference. Having bought ridiculously cheap pay less sneakers when I was poor vs reebok or Nike... You're talking blisters and wearing out in three months vs three years of heavy use and comfy feet. Unfortunately I'm at the point in my life where a pair of new balance shoes call out to me like a siren song...
