5Lunar New Year
I'm trying to plan my outfit for the Lunar New Year event I'm attending this weekend. At the Chinese multicultural center there's a bipoc community event meant for all groups of people to come together, sell wares, perform and share food for the New Year and for Chinatown which has been under huge revitalization efforts. I found this super gorgeous corset and it absolutely screams red and gold good luck. Definitely need more jewelry but I think it's gorgeous I lived in Chinatown for years and even wanted to study abroad in China. Though it has high crime rates due to terrible city infrastructure it's always been a safe place for me and all my other friends. Showing up for these events is important. I'm really excited to go and have great food. Year of the Snake so snake earrings!!!π
