Hello fasters!
I broke my fast at 67 hrs (2 days and 19 hrs) its not that im feeling bad but i missed foods so bad. When i woke up, i feel so heavy. Cant move fast. Its like low energy despite sleeping enough. I easily get tired even just brushing my hair plus the fact that im working 8-12 hrs a day both mentally and physically at the hospital as a nurse. Tho i feel proud of myself for surpassing 50 hrs🥺💚 Im just eating smaller portion and taking my time and munching my food so well. Dont want to upset my stomach. I have plans of doing another 36-48 hrs then properly breaking it with enough hydration from liquid diet (bone broth, vegetable broth) i was aware that i didnt broke my fast properly😅 got to excited by eating that fish stew in tomato sauce and my fave spicy nuts. I also had 1 egg and 1 hotdog which is bad cos its a process food😬 next time ill be more patient in breaking my fast. Refeeding is important as much as your fasting. You dont feel sick just by fasting alone. It is the result of what you ate prior to your fast and the result of what you ate after your fast. Last note, I had constipation😬 so i have to hydrate myself next time. But tbh the caffeine helps me get through 2 days of fast ngl

I'm going to be doing a water fast
I'm on a sorta religious journey for God and I am going to do a water fast but I'm always in my own way by making excuses I have strong faith but how strong is my faith when I feel unworthy of God's grace because I haven't even gave fasting a try I'm done with my lame excuses 😔
