Too bad youre in Paris. We don’t have internships because they are a sustem of exploitation. We have a “future leaders program”. €5,000, training, education, and democratic organization, full benifits, holidays, 4 day four day work week, 5 hour days, work on the project of your choice, any equipment you need we provide. So we have a project list, and you can pick and choose. If you want to try your hand at leadership, we train you and let you lead. But we have a strong values system, and everyone signs a contract agreeing not to engage in illigal or unethical practices such as corruption, bribery, greed, being rude, racist, discriminatory, Ect and the most important one: you must make someone smile or laugh at least once a day! We take the last one very seriously! Stay in contact with me, because Chinese New Year and Ramadan are coming up, so there won’t be any work from Asia for a month, which means, most of east Africa and Brazil won’t be doing much either. Research “Economic democracy”. If you have strong values, want to make the world a better place, and can work without heiarchies, then you meet the basic requirements. Being talked down to, having a boss or manager. When I was young I was yelled at, made to wash scissors, and did all the work that people who were getting paid weren’t dining. Somehow treating everyone with dignity and respect yealds better results. What I would wish for is someone with a huge heart and huge imagination. All of have been programmed by the system, so deprogramming is also part of the prossess. If you can deal with beaurocracy, actually, if you are someone who hates beurocracy as much as we do, but knows how to meet ever changing conditions or if you are a wizard who can somehow make the government function properly, I would hire you on the spot 😅 Sadly, even the lawyers are like “oh you know the system doesn’t work” If you are a rebel with some radical ideas, awesome! There are certain standard obviously, but conformity is the death progress and the love child of ignorance and arrogance. It’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle. You gotta enjoy it and have the ability to image the impossible. Projects include everything from medical to space exploration. What can I say, we are too creative, too ambitious, with not enough time. Actually, thay is just me. I would never make or ask anyone to work the way I do. Oh, and there are 14 paychecks a year, so you can enjoy the summer and winter holidays. And I am NOT the boss. I’m just a regular guy, who likes to shakes thinks up and change things for the better. 🤷🏻♂️ If you want to create a game where you punch Nazis, sure! In fact, why I don’t I add that to the list of things of potential projects? We have Ai 2.0 from China. Creating a game will be easy, the graphics are a bit harder. There is always a parther organization that we can work with to help us with the stuff we can’t do. Most important is that you have fun, live a good life, and remember that you have to make the world better than how you found it. He human. That it! After I left, 90% of the in the department quit, and the CEO resigned and moved to a different country because someone leaked detailes of him bribing officials in country he wanted to expand into. It was was the 3rd time he did something illegal. Moved to a country far away. They had to hold trading because the stock price just dropped so much. I was like wow, so no body is happy, everone is underpaid, overworked, the manager is a bully, and the boss is a criminal. Wonderful system, right? 😂😂😂
