Am I the only one who doesn't get paid biweekly when they should?

Get this, my paycheck and pay period are actually fixed so I don't get paid biweekly but monthly. If I started working June 1-14, I wouldn't get paid for another week and a half later on June 25. I am only getting paid for two weeks, not the additional 3rd week I have to wait to get my check. Wtf dude?! I have had to take advances out through this app called Daily Pay because ai don't get paid the additional week that Im missing, or rather ai do not get paid every 14 days as biweekly is supposed to go. Serioualy conaidering quitting my job because I havent been able to save a damn thing getting paid once a month like I do. On a $21 hourly wage for 8 hours worked (not including my 30 minute break). I should be making double the $1,350 in a month but instead Im beyond the poverty line.

Some places pay twice a month instead of every two weeks, but they should be on a regular schedule either way... Look up employment laws for where you live and see if there are prohibitions against, and mechanisms for reporting, wage theft. It's way too common of a practice. (edited)
