Does anyone else push themselves as hard as I do?
Im just curious of others pain tolerance and will to continue when doing a terribly strenuous and mentally challenging workout. I am often foaming at the mouth in pain and angry struggle which helps get some extra umph out from within and into my workout. Trying extra hard till I let out a deep yell works too for extra power and resolve to continue. My workouts are usually an hour long but I take a few 5 minute breathers. Im shooting for a very high goal and it requires incredible strength and pain to achieve. I think its only neccessary to be this ferocious, anyone else? What is working out like for you?

I mostly do controlled movements. They are comfortable and dont stretched or hurt anything seriously important. I just cant describe how it feels other than pain, my muscles become tired and I just keep making them go. The feeling passes a bit after im done, which led to me going further beyond what my body feels like its capable. Going outside its comfort zone and trying harder really.

Working out should feel strenuous but not painful. If it's actually hurting it's possible you could actually damage yourself in a way that keeps you from working out for a while (hemorrhoids, bust your knee, hurt your shoulder, damage a tendon, etc). Have you ever tried talking to a professional fitness trainer? They can often can give you a a routine that's more effective and faster at accomplishing the specific gains you're looking for, without pain or the chance of hurting yourself.
