Lie on your side with your shoulder stacked over your elbow, your legs extended, and your feet lying on top of each other. Lift your hips and hold for as long as it takes your body to believe you. If you're feeling froggy, add dips by lowering your hips to the ground and lifting again. Change sides on some Mario Tennis ish and repeat. There are the big ones obv (bench, deadlift, etc); got a favorite one that is lesser done or known? Mine might be the Arnold shoulder press, at least for upper. Bulgarian split squats are brutal but I like them (usually) You all?
