Cure for the Soul 🥊

Today I sat down and took a sip of my wine. I’ve been through a lot the past couple of months however I’ve somewhat maintained my fitness levels but not to my satisfaction. I turned off the TV and wrapped my hands and went back to my boxing and Krav club. I feel alive again. I am part of my family again. Fitness is everything. There’s no drug that can beat the high walking out of martial arts gym. Just do it and don’t even think twice. I promise you will never regret exercise. Much love.
