What keeps you motivated?

Staying in shape and choosing to eat a healthy diet is not always easy. What do you do to reach/keep your target weight? Exercising can be daunting or frustrating, any experts or fitness trainers have advice for beginners or anyone struggling?

Never starve yourself. Being on a healthy diet doesnt mean eating disgusting things on a strict basis. Work out regularly, even just 30mins a day. Find yourself a motivational and uplifting group of people that wont judge you, but will help you as much as you want it

I appreciate your advice! It's hard to not feel discouraged when everyone else in gym seems to be doing better or you're not seeing the results you were hoping for. I'm trying again and hopefully it'll workout (no pun intended) longer than the last attempt. Trusting in the process 🙏🏽

@Geneva It IS hard, but then again good things in life arent easy - you just gotta learn to motivate yourself. Maybe try making friends with those gym people. Ask them for tips or if they can help spot you or twach you correct form. More people are eager to share their knowledge than youd think
