Excellent Cardio Fitness/VO2 Max
I'm 46 & have been training indoor cycling for more than 10 yrs. Aerobic is best, but do train lactate threshold/max on occasion. Eat clean & heart healthy, hydrate optimally, sleep 8 - 9 hrs a night, meditate daily, keep stress (good/bad) low, & practice optimism.

There are the big ones obv (bench, deadlift, etc); got a favorite one that is lesser done or known? Mine might be the Arnold shoulder press, at least for upper. Bulgarian split squats are brutal but I like them (usually) You all?
