Balancing is the most difficult training single leg hip thrusts. Flexing my non-trained hip compresses and increases my intraabdominal pressure when the benefit of training single leg is using less weight to avoid pressurisation. Worth a 2nd chance.

Tough Mudder

Tried this one for the first time. 💪🏼 15kms with 21 obstacles, not to mention, so much heat! If you’ve done Tough Mudder too, let me know in the comments. 😄

I am absolutely bragging about my progress 'cause I'm proud! I picked up the "it's not an option" mindset. 4 days a week, max 1.5 hours (if I'm slow), results actually happened... My flabbers have been gasted 😭🎉
