Ale podobne do mojego, tylko u mnie jeszcze miecho dochodzi zwykle - tylko nie wiedziałem, że jestem na keto - zwyczajnie nie przepadam za wypełniaczami skrobiowymi (ziemniaki, makarony, kasze) - jedyne co u mnie nie pasuje do keto, to owoce, bo jednak zawierają cukier, a bez nich byłoby mi ciężko.
