Had a busy day!

I went to one of our local Mexican bakeries with my kid for Single's Awareness Day. There are a lot of Mexican bakeries here in the Twin Cities, more than any other kind of bakery. Their regular cake was cheaper than their valentine's treats so... I just had a slice of churro cheese cake lol. It's not my favorite or anything, I just picked one. My mom's b-day is this weekend and mine is at the end of the month, so I got us a cake to share.🎂 My candle is the mermaid tail and she always calls herself a magical unicorn so I got her a unicorn candle. She loved it, I'm glad it made her laugh. I love dark chocolate, but these fortune cookies were covered with white chocolate. Total letdown for me, and the fortunes are so obvious. I went to my storage and grabbed out my office utensils. I found my scented glitter gel pens! In a digital age they really are useless but they were cheaper than the Sailor Moon pen set I wanted at the time. I was writing in my diary more at that time. I should do so again. 🖊🗒
