3 eggs
2 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoon of vanilla
½ cup cookingoil
½ cup of sugar
Walnut or dried fruit of your choice to decorate
Integrate all the ingredients
Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 350°F
I use anelectricoven and the baking time is 75 minutes.

* Extra tip: the eggs are first beaten for 5 minutes with the vanilla before incorporating everythingelse 😉
