But only for specific things. Like I'm usually goal oriented af. So I'm looking for specific things if I'm not buyong whole grains. Like I'm lifting a lot now and i have some connected tissue problems. So I'm trying to add gelatin to my diet. So I look for items with gelatin first couple of ingredients. Even though it's candy. It's important. Or if I'm adding protein. I'll try and manage my side items and usually choose on which one has higher protein and dietary fiber. But 95% of what I eat is home cooked whole food.

Hello Exi! I don't usually do this, for a simple reason - where I live, all significant products have a small bar in their cover essentially saying how good - or not - they are for us. A score of 'A' or 'B' is great, while an 'E' or 'F' is horrible. So, I only pick products that go A-C, and usually skip all others...
