Breakfast Protein Smoothy
This is one of my go to Breakfast meal. Takes about 6min to make. Has about 220 calories, 27grams of protein and only natural sugars. Contains 8ounches of almond milk, 1 banana, 1 scoop of protein powder (I usually use vanilla or strawberry flavored), 1/2 a cup of fruit (I usually use peaches, cherrys, strawberry’s and mangos) and a dab of water. All the fruit is frozen so when you blend it together it has a nice creamy consistency. This makes somewhere between 24-26ounches of a smoothy. :)

I'm terrible at making smoothies. I will carefully measure out mere ounces of things, and somehow end up with like a gallons worth of smoothie (this is an exaggeration). Every time. Intend to make 10-16oz and I'll magically have around 40oz.

I have a small blender that limits how much you can put in. I usually fill it just past the full line.

I would rather have some skyr yoghurt with fresh fruits. Nothing grinded to an pulp. I need to chew my breakfast 😅
