If you're someone who needs constant conversation and attention, it's better to find someone who wants the same rather than take your anger out on a complete stranger who doesn't. Being passive aggressive will get you nowhere. If I'm not responding right away, it's for good reason, which is my business unless I choose to share. People automatically assume the worst and jump to conclusions that are most often incorrect. Sending follow-up messages like, "I guess you're not interested", or "you must be too busy for me", are really only showing me what kinda of person YOU are, and are most definitely not gonna get you a response at all. Why not try to see the good in people? Give people the benefit of the doubt. I might be working, I might be driving, I might be with a friend, in which case it's rude to be on my phone. Who knows; Maybe if you hadn't sent that unnecessary comment, I would have responded 🤷 People in general NEED to start being more understanding. Everyone is living thier own lives. You don't know anyone's story but your own. And just because you sent a "Hello", doesn't automatically entitle you to a response, let alone an immediate one. Please be more open minded. Please be more understanding and compassionate, because you have no idea what's going on in someone's life outside of the internet. Sometimes a nice message can make your day. Sometimes a rude or unnecessary comment could be what sours it. Just think 'be more positive', BEFORE you hit send. Making someone else feel bad is not going to make you feel any better. ☹️🤞🖤 (edited)
