I'm the same way. I've been getting messages from people looking to add to their couple or is open to messing around. That makes me feel pressured to one day having to be sexual with them even if we were to become friends. Hard pass.

@Alana Speaking for myself as a person with an open relationship, I would never pressure anyone into a sexual relationship. All my relationships start with a friendship, and if it evolves from there ok, but I have a phone full of number from people I've met from online. More than 3/4 of the people, I've never had a sexual relationship with. I am foremost interested in friendship, and if that's all I ever am with someone I feel blessed. They chose me as a friend. I am not trying to change how you feel. That's your right and I'd never try to take those from anyone. I just wanted to give you a peek into an open relationship. I'm not looking just for sex or even sex. It's the human connection I crave. I'm not into anime, and people really go roller skating still? That's pretty cool. You ever feel like chatting I love new friends. I don't want a unicorn. I want a long lasting friendship with a beautiful soul that loves to have fun and share secrets. Never any pressure for more than a platonic friendship. I do hope one day you find your other half that completes you. It really is an amazing feeling.
