In my opinion, the fastest way is to make others laugh without trying to look funny. A great sense of humor is usually seen in several things: Timing: knowing when to deliver a joke and when to be silent. Observation: being able to find funny things in everyday situations that are actually ordinary. Spontaneity: being able to respond to conversations with unexpected but relevant comments. Not forcing it: if a joke doesn't land, not continuing to explain it. Being able to laugh at oneself: this often makes humor feel more natural and not arrogant. Sensitive to the atmosphere: good humor among close friends may not necessarily fit in serious situations. And there is one indicator that I think is the strongest: others start to remember or repeat jokes you’ve made. That means your humor is not just making them laugh for a moment, but truly memorable.

Making the darkest jokes about an inappropriate subject that 99% won't understand, but that 1% then looks at them like... "yup... we're on the same level."

People who are "disabled" have a sense of humor.

When someone makes such a great joke that even kids can laugh along and join in. 😆👍
A woman who laughs at everything is the right woman🥰
...Not to prove that he has a great sense of humor, because either nothing will come of it, or the exact opposite will happen.🗿
I'll try to stretch it out with something but have it go wrong and make me laugh. That could be the start of a good conversation. (edited)
Why prove it? Everyone finds different things funny. Either something amuses us, or it doesn't.
If this meme amuses you, then it's cool 👌🏻

Situational irony/sarcasm always works for me (might be followed by bazinga). Who knows, knows. (edited)
Talking to each other
It's not forced, it just comes from the gut 🙂

Summary
The most popular answer by far was self-deprecation: people said the fastest proof of a great sense of humor is being able to laugh at yourself and your own mistakes without getting defensive. Close behind came quick wit paired with good timing and the ability to read a room, plus simply telling a joke or landing a funny line on the spot. Many others argued that real humor is effortless and spontaneous rather than performed, and a notable group said it cannot be proven at all since everyone laughs at different things. Smaller clusters pointed to dark or edgy jokes, meme and online-trend references, laughing easily at other peoples jokes, and bold stunts or pranks.
