I'm not gonna choose my MOST memorable, but I'll pick a VERY memorable game for me. Halo Reach way back when!

The ending felt so personal and emotional, twas one of the only times a game has made me cry, and not from happiness but surreal pain!

Halo 2 & Reach together puts Halo as a whole in my top 5 favorite games of all time!
