Who can name this little fella?

Spent the last day of vacation getting a few stencils done and no one at work could pinpoint where this little guy was from. Who can figure this one out? I have another one that isn't as common as well as a stage 2 for fun! Winners get good tidings and smiles for the day !! 😁
