What to do? Decision fatigue lol

I recently bought a half acre in the middle of nowhere. I am thinking about gardening, but I've never worked with this much space before since I'm from the city originally. I'm pretty experienced with smaller gardens. And then I have this barn I'm not sure what to do with. I have a lot of grass space fenced in so maybe I should get a miniature pony for the back and then garden in the front. I've never had a pony, but I've taken care of people's farms before while they were out of town. Maybe chickens. Very ADHD, not sure where to start 😅 I need to update the picture since the trees are green now. More pics soon, it's hard to get a signal out here.
