Absolutely not. Social flexibility is mistaken all the time for being "two-faced". Being able to alter your personality slightly to match who you're talking to is a social gift, not a negative trait. Some people fear this ability though because it can also be used to manipulate. But overall, I think it's a positive thing that most Geminis just use to cultivate different perspectives and interesting friendships/relationships.
