IMO I see both sides. As a manager I would be OK allowing this for the associate who always puts her job high on her priority list and rarely needs a sick day. You'd know it was legit and she's earned it. On the other hand, associates can abuse those sick days and try every trick in the book to get out of doing their job. For those people, I would be irritated if they thought they needed a Netflix day. (edited)
