I have a goth friend in my class who does a scribble kind of design at the side of her eyes. It kinda looks like a mixture of the neck piece you have on and sanscript if it makes sense. It’s not something I’ve seen before, and it have no meaning other than she likes how it looks and doing it, even though it takes time to make every morning ☺️
