I go chest&back, arms ( tri's bi's shoulders), then legs. Repeat. Do 6 days then rest on 7th.

Chest and back in the same day sounds so intense. Does that not ruin the arms day because of all of the compound movements you did the day before?

@Jake So tri's get warm on chest day for sure, but not 100% worked, so chest day is really arm warmup day lol. But this was Arnold's split and I've been on it for a year, so not too bad

Row days you press, pull up days you dip&press overhead, legs legs legs lol it's essentially full body with legs&torso focused, running/heavy conditioning in between

Don’t feel the rush that people talking about

Am I the only one who has a love/hate relationship when it comes to working out? Like, it's always such a struggle for me to start the workout or go to the gym but then once you actually do it and get through it you're like "oh, that wasn't that bad!" But then the cycle continues the next day? 💀

Any tips to lose weight?? 🥲

This whole summer I’ve been trying to slim down. I do see a difference from eating better and working out, but it still doesn’t look like I’m losing any weight (and I go back to my school campus next month 😭 I’ve been working out since late May) Does anyone have any tips to help me lose weight?

I know that some people have metabolic issues and for that reason it is difficult for them to control their weight. People also have a wide variety of body shapes and sizes.
