Decrease BMI. The subcutaneous layer of adipose tissue can keep from getting the same cuts as professionals, but they do little tricks like dehydrate before a competition. Ab exercises can beef up the size of the abdominal, but the only way to tone them is to decrease the thickness of the layer of fat on top. Unfortunately, fat cannot be burned off in a selective way, it just falls off wherever the body calls on it to to power continued effort. Medium resistance row or bike. Low impact, long distance. Keep the heart rate up. Cardiorespiratory function is a bigger determiner of physical age than cardiopulmonary!

What type of music do you listen to at the gym?
Itβs either music I can dance/vibe to or classical when I am running. For some reason listening to classical music as I am pushing myself, is the perfect mixture.
