Been in my own bubble but I figure since we're pre-new year I might as well get back on the horse before it begins. This is more of an accountability post for myself but hey feel free to join in if it pleases you. Goal starting off is walk 5 miles a day and do 100 push-ups, I keep my word so starting Tuesday I begin. Scaling from there, need to see how I respond to the exercise. Homebody life spoiled me.
