Ideas

Anyone have any idea's to get rid of headaches? I am taking Tylenol but that isn't working and I am at my whits end here 😭😭😭

When medicine doesn't work, I use ice! I bought one of those face rollers, you don't need one of the expensive ones, and I keep it in the freezer. When my headaches get bad enough, I get it out and I roll my face with it, especially my forehead. You don't even have to have one of the rollers, just an ice pack with a bit of pressure on your forehead might help. Good luck 🤞

Down an entire glass of ice water. Wait ten minutes, and if that doesn't work, have another.

Try Advil Dual Action. It has Tylenol and ibuprofen, I haven't used it for headaches but I've used it for intense pains in my side and back pain. It really helps.
