Good morning King! I feel like this as well but haven't found much of a solution. I apologize, but I came to say that you are a fighter! Stronger than you think. This world is created to challenge you and even break you down but you've gotten througha another month of stress and 2 jobs and I know there's more weight on your shoulders than you are showing! If you feel as if you need to vent about something find someone to consolidate with and know that it's ok to let your feelings out no matter how foreignit is to us!

Breathe deeply. Write your feelings in a journal. Go for a walk. Figure out what the source of your problem is because that's pretty much what therapists do. Exercise. Talk to someone. Get in your car. Drive. Sing out loud in the car. I'm serious. Learn to ride the crazy train. Yep. I said it. Just learn to roll with what life throws at you.

Cough / bad chest remedys

Told my father I might need to go check my blood for diabetes because I was running the whole night and early morning to get a drink of water, but he told me that he tried some of my food and thinks that it's because of eating spicy food that I'm running to get a drink πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

There's pork, as you can see peas, a decent amount of gochujang and barbecue sauce. One of my brothers eats spicier stuff on a periodic basis and he doesn't have such problems with drinking water.
