Well that’s me on antibiotics for the week 😩ear infection, start of a chest infection and apparently dehydrated Told the doctor I’ve been drinking but apparently wine doesn’t count! 🍷🙄 I thought it was Jesus who turned water into wine?

Ear infections are very dangerous. Especially those that cause chest infections as well. Often they are resistant to many antibiotics. If after taking antibiotics for a week you feel like there's no improvement, insist that they should give you another antibiotic because this one doesn't work. Trust your instincts, don't trust doctors if they try to gaslight you, telling you that you are ok, when you know you are not. Don't take steroidal drops, they can't treat you, they only hide the symptoms. Ear infections tend to get chronic and cause serious complications. They should treat you thoroughly. Take vitamin D and Niacin or other NAD+ booster. Limit taking sugar and starch containing foods while infected. Take care - you have three kids.

About half an hour ago I got a call from a doctor on call at a clinic that told m that I have extensive sinusitis.
In total she prescribed me three or four medicines, including antibiotics. I was not surprised by the idea of the total amount for those medicines, I was surprised at the sheer amount of medicine I have to buy 😂🤦🏻♀️.

Finally can say that I've quite smoking. Jeez it was a hard road and really tested my self control to the limit. I was a heavy smoker and never thought I would actually quit. Found motivation I never knew I had. So feeling pretty proud of myself
