Terrifying OD where someone said they would call an ambulance for me and then didn't so I was stuck alone all night managing pain and panic and my body tempurature. I chewed icecubes as part of cooling off, mouth full of blood by the end. Every muscle was cramped for 8 hrs. I could not see straight or operate a phone after it was in full swing. Had enduring consequences such as panic attacks regularly since then and a sincere fear of death now
