Got in an awesome workout and much needed for my legs (I've been neglecting exercising them). Last 2 pics are 105 lbs dumbbell rows I don't lift heavy all the time, only a few times every few weeks or so to make progress on being able to lift heavier over time but letting my muscles and body heal. Does anyone own 1 of these? I've been looking into it and decided I'm going to customize and buy one. I used to own a much smaller cheaper version that I used for pull-ups and dips. This one can be customized to be able to do so much with it that I think the price is worthwhile.

Just did my first LPF online class, for those who don't know, LPF stands for low pressure fitness. I was terrible at it, this first class was only breathing exercises, but it's so hard, I couldn't do the whole breath holding technique and the opening the rib cage.

Home workouts are the best. I used to go the gym but a waste of money, no machines and a lot of people standing around working out their fingers with their phone🤦♂️🤷♂️ if you going to workout then workout💯🫵
