I dunno I just sleep lmaooo. But in all seriousness, meditation works once you get good at it, but it's frustrating when you first start because you have to learn how to shut your thoughts off. Headspace has free programs for beginners. Umm hmm, Gaming also works, especially if it's one that requires a lot of thinking and strategy, because then you're thinking only about the game and not anything else.
